We've been super busy making over our back shed at the farm, and have turned it into an awesome rustic shed 'kitchen'. And now we're inviting you to join us! This will be your opportunity to taste some of our more unusual produce, check out the farm with Hapi, have a light meal, and enjoy a day away from the hustle and bustle.
Our first experience will be this Thursday, 15 October, where we will make a quick and easy sweet potato and zucchini frittata using our jumbo free range eggs, a simple chopped salad, and for something sweet we'll whip up a delightful fruity paleo whip.
Then on Saturday we'll feast on strawberries! Strawberry jam two ways, frozen strawberry dream, a strawberry vinaigrette to serve on our salad, plus the farmer's wife's quick version gluten free scones.
As this is a Thermomix® Cooking Experience you will also have the opportunity to get hands on with the new TM6. Coffee, tea, purified water and fresh lemonade will also be included. There are limited numbers each session and a small cost to cover food and drinks. You can book your seats here!
