Terms of Service



  1. Orders close at 7pm prior to delivery day. If you have missed the cut off and urgently require an order please call the office between 7am and 8am morning of delivery day and we will do our best to fit your order in.
  2. Farmgate Pickup orders close at 11.45pm prior to collection.
  3. Orders are preferred via our website to ensure that they are allocated to the correct delivery or pick up day. If you are having difficulty ordering please call ahead and we can assist by taking your order over the phone.
  4. By ordering you agree for us to share your contact details with our transport company for the purpose of providing you with tracking information. Please ensure all details are correct.
  5. If you wish to change or cancel your order please call prior to 7am day of delivery.



  1. Payments are made via our third party provider. Please refer to our payment policy for further information



  1. The standard delivery fee is $12 per order.
  2. Free delivery is available on all orders of $99 or more.
  3. When you receive your order please check the delivery docket to be sure all contents are included. If you have any concerns please send a copy of the delivery docket along with any other images to fieldtofeastfarm@gmail.com
  4. Any concerns need to be raised within 24hours of receipt of delivery. A team member will be in contact to discuss with you, and will organise any refunds or codes at that time.
  5. Our delivery team practise contactless delivery. Drivers are not authorised to enter homes or buildings and will keep a 2m distance from your door after knocking.
  6. If you will not be at home for delivery, indicate a safe spot for delivery in comments when ordering. If there is no indication our driver will determine the best location on the day.


    Box contents

    1. Our Bargain Box range is a seasonal mix of mostly organic produce. Contents may change without notice and may vary from any images we have placed on our website or social media channels.
    2. Boxes are packed within 24 hours of despatch and contents are fresh every week.
    3. Occasionally there are failures in transportation or packaging. Please email fieldtofeastfarm@gmail.com with photos, a copy of your delivery docket and an explanation of your concerns. A team member will get back to you directly.



      1. Early Order Specials are posted online Monday and are available for all orders placed prior to 7pm Wednesday evening.
      2. Farmgate Specials will be posted online by 6pm Thursday evening for purchases made either via our website or in person for pick up at the farm, Saturdays only. Farmgate Specials are not available for delivery during the following week.
      3. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
      4. Promotions can not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
