Preserving the strawberry harvest : Saturday 7 November : A Field to Feast Cooking Experience

Saturday 27 November, 2.30pm-4.30pm, in the Shed at Field to Feast Farm.

Join the Farmer's Wife in her shed kitchen and learn how to make jam and more at our Field to Feast Cooking Experience. A perfect opportunity to understand how to cook with different produce, and learn new techniques and recipes along the way.

Preserving the strawberry harvest: Learn how easy it is to make small batch strawberry jam, fruity 'nice' cream and a refreshing strawberry vinaigrette for our tossed salad. Being able to turn excess fruit into preserves and sweet treats is a great way to maximise your budget and save.

As this is a Thermomix® Experience you will also have the opportunity to get hands on with the new TM6. There are limited numbers each session and a small cost to cover food and drinks.
